Due to the intellectual, strategic, time-based, and customized nature of these services, refunds are limited and subject to strict conditions.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  1. A written refund request is submitted within the agreed refund window (if specified in the proposal, invoice, or contract).

  2. The request is submitted before substantial work has commenced on the project or service.

  3. The request complies with the specific service agreement, proposal, or scope of work mutually accepted by both parties.

  4. Axuzen Tech Pvt. Ltd. determines, at its sole discretion, that the refund request is valid.

Approval of refunds is not automatic and remains entirely at the discretion of Axuzen Tech Pvt. Ltd.

4. Deduction of Charges

If a refund is approved, the refund amount shall be processed after deduction of applicable charges, including but not limited to:

  • Payment gateway or transaction fees

  • Platform charges

  • Taxes (GST or other statutory deductions, if applicable)

  • Administrative and processing fees

  • Cost of work already completed or resources already allocated

  • Consultation, onboarding, strategy, or discovery session charges

The net refundable amount, after deductions, will be final and binding.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Services that have already commenced, been delivered, or partially delivered

  • Customized, personalized, or strategy-based services once initiated

  • Delays caused due to lack of information, approvals, or responses from the Client

  • Change of mind, change of business plans, or internal business decisions

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations not defined in the agreed scope

  • Failure to achieve desired business results, growth, revenue, or outcomes

  • Missed meetings, consultations, or calls by the Client

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions or misuse of deliverables

  • Discounted, promotional, or special pricing services unless explicitly stated otherwise

6. Cancellation Policy
  • Service cancellations must be requested in writing via official communication channels.

  • Any cancellation request received after work initiation will not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Axuzen Tech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to charge cancellation fees based on work completed, resources allocated, and time invested.

7. Refund Request Process

  • Invoice Number / Transaction ID

  • Date of Payment

  • Service Purchased

  • Reason for Refund Request

Incomplete or unclear requests may be rejected or delayed.

8. Refund Processing Timeline
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.

  • Axuzen Tech Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party financial institutions.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes
  • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Axuzen Tech Pvt. Ltd. may be considered a breach of this Policy.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services, accounts, or future engagements in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.

  • All disputes must be resolved in accordance with our Governing Law & Jurisdiction clause.

10. No Guarantee Disclaimer

Axuzen Tech Pvt. Ltd. provides strategic, creative, and technical services only.

  • We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, growth, or success.

  • Outcomes depend on multiple factors including market conditions, execution, client participation, and external variables.

  • Refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations or perceived lack of results.

11. Right to Modify Policy

Axuzen Tech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
